I've lived in 2 apartments here and have enjoyed it. The managers are awesome and very helpful! They often plan activities throughout the semester for the tenants or drop of treats. The price is pretty good too.

Living at Avonlea is great. Close to campus, nicely sized rooms. Great place, would recommend!

The apartment is super comfy and the managers are super chill. Overall not a bad setup at all. One small quirk is that it's a little weird figuring which light switches go to which lights, so just be careful to try them all out before concluding one of the lights isn't working and complaining to management about it (like I did), but it's not bad once you get used to that.

Actually commented here already but wanted to comment again because the managers have treated me so nicely. They really try to make it easy to stay on top of rent, cleaning, etc., and they're super happy to keep in touch. I will definitely come back.

Managers are super nice. The heating works great, the apartment is reasonably nice and clean, and the location is a huge plus. Never had problems with appliances like the fridge or washing machine. Good roommates and ward members can't necessarily be guaranteed by any one apartment, but it seems like this place has a good vibe. Some people might not like the weekly cleaning checks, but I actually really appreciate it because it prevents stuff from getting nasty (or unfairly blamed on you). I've tried a few apartments around Rexburg, and I can easily say that this has given me the most bang for my buck.

I really loved living here. It's cheap and right across from campus. The ward is really great and it's a good mix of social and studious people. The management is super accommodating.
