While I lived at these apartments, everything was fine. However, despite being moved out for a few months, I have yet to receive my entire security deposit. Despite my consistent communication, there has been a total lack of urgency on the part of the owners. Money was taken out of my security deposit total. When I asked why, they had no record of damages (which, per Idaho Code Sections 6-320 & 6-321, is in fact illegal). I don't mean to discourage anyone from living here, but I just want to give a word of caution to potential and current residents.

I have absolutely loved living here! I've been here a few semesters and will continue to live here. It's affordable and very close to the center of campus. Management is wonderful! I adore Lindsey and Trevor. They always do what they can to ensure everyone has the best experience. Love it!

Royal Crest is a pretty alright place to stay at. The people are mostly really cool! The wards I’ve been in have been great! One of the downsides is maintenance doesn’t fix things the right way sometime and it takes putting in multiple request. We still don’t have a couple things fixed that we have put request in. The shower head is also really short. The main wall in the living room is a very interesting color. We have multiple drawers that have been broken our whole time living here. Overall it is a little bit pricey for what you get.
