I've lived in 3 different BYUI apartment complexes, and this one by far has been my favorite! The ONLY reason I'm leaving is to get married! They are affordable, have incredible management, and the best YSA Ward I've ever seen. ♡ Thank you Cottonwood for the best part of my college experience!!

Cottonwood is amazing!! Literally the best apartment complex. The price is really good, which is lowkey why I stayed here for my first semester, but people aren’t kidding when they say the culture is amazing. I came here knowing no one, and I’ve made so many friends from just one semester. Everyone is really down to earth and kind, and super friendly. The ward is amazing! The only downside was there was a lot of construction around it this semester which made it hard to get in and out sometimes but it’s pretty much done now. Anyways it’s the best here!! Come to Cottonwood ;)

Best complex you can get for your buck. -CLOSE to campus -FREE LAUNDRY, (if any of the washers or dryers don't work, the management fixes it within, max a few days, but rarely does that ever happen. -STORE and CARWASH right across the street. Everything you could need is within walking distance. -There is PARKING -APARTMENT CHECKS - super EASY and relaxed. It is not hard at all to pass the checks. I have never been charged for anything. -MANAGEMENT - absolutely phenomenal. They will help ya with anything, and are very quick to respond and to fix anything. -ATMOSPHERE - Immaculate. Super social and fun! Always something going on. - BIG PLUS - Water never runs out of hot water, because of 2 hospital sized boilers. Super clutch cause Idaho gets cold. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
