How does the roommate matching process work?

Our AI-powered roommate matching considers your sleep schedule, study habits, cleanliness preferences, and social style. You'll complete a detailed questionnaire during the application process, and we'll suggest compatible roommates with match percentages. You can also browse profiles and request specific roommates if you already know someone.

Can I tour the property before signing a lease?

Absolutely! We offer in-person tours Monday through Saturday and virtual tours anytime. Book a tour through our website or give us a call. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a leasing agent is available to answer all your questions.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?

We understand life happens. If you need to leave early, we offer a lease transfer program where you can find a replacement tenant. There's a $300 transfer fee, and the new tenant must meet our standard approval criteria. We also offer a lease buyout option for qualifying circumstances.

Is parking available and how much does it cost?

We offer both covered and uncovered parking. Uncovered parking is $50/month and covered parking is $85/month. Parking passes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend reserving your spot early. Electric vehicle charging stations are available in the covered garage.

Yes! We're a pet-friendly community. Dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time $300 pet deposit and $35/month pet rent. Breed restrictions apply for dogs. Fish and small caged animals don't require additional fees. Service animals and emotional support animals are accommodated per fair housing guidelines.

What's the application process and how long does approval take?

Apply online in about 15 minutes. You'll need a valid ID, proof of enrollment (for student housing), and a guarantor if you don't meet income requirements. Most applications are approved within 24 hours. The application fee is $50 and is non-refundable.

How do I submit maintenance requests?

Submit requests through our resident portal or app 24/7. Urgent requests (no heat, water leak, security issue) are addressed within 4 hours. Standard requests are typically completed within 24-48 hours. You can track your request status in real-time through the app.

What security features does the property have?

Your safety is our priority. We have 24/7 security cameras throughout the property, controlled access gates, well-lit pathways, and on-site staff during business hours. Each unit has a deadbolt lock and peephole. We also offer an emergency hotline that's staffed around the clock.

Can I have guests stay overnight?

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to stay up to 3 consecutive nights without prior approval. For longer stays (up to 7 nights), just give us a heads up. We ask that guests follow community rules and that you remain responsible for their actions during their visit.

Love snow gardens! It’s so nice that it’s off campus yet only a 2 minute walk from campus. The main room is so big and it’s been nice having a kitchen AND washer/dryer. Definitely will be living here again after the mission!

I love Snow Gardens! I live in A building, and this is my third semester here. The people are great, and it’s really nice to have our own kitchen space. Having two bathrooms makes everything so much easier, and we’ve got our own washer and dryer. Super friendly staff, they keep the sidewalks free of snow and ice and always say hello. My only thing would probably be that it’s hard to get things fixed. The maintenance people are really good about coming whenever we fill out a form, but sometimes it takes a while before it’s actually fixed. Our heater broke, I think 6 times over the course of 2 semesters. They came every time, but I honestly think that it didn’t really get fixed until recently.

I have loved living here at Snow gardens! I’ve been able to meet some of my closest friends here. The maintenance guy is always pretty quick to help us with any of our problems with the appartment. The apartments themselves are very nice, very spacious and there is enough storage for our clothes and necessities. I love how big and open the living room and kitchen is. The hot tub is so nice too. I will recommend these apartments to anyone I know that will attend Snow
